Solar Thermal

Collinton Earth Energy have passed our MCS site visit and are now ready to install and supply our customers with MCS certification.
To summarise in the report by the MCS assessor, "Collinton Earth Energy have demonstrated a very professional approach throughout today’s visit and they have implemented a good Quality Management System."

Kris Mclaughlin has been short listed in the country’s prestigious award show chaired by Duncan Bannatyne. Kris has spent his whole life in business starting by doing gardening while at school, turning to a carwash whilst at university then moving into renewable energy in 2011. KML Carwash still operates and has plans to move into a second site in 2012.
Earlier this year we completed this unique and inspiring luxury barn conversion set in the heart of Burns countryside in Blairston, South Ayrshire. This environmentally friendly home aims to reduce its carbon footprint by using the latest renewable energy design solutions such as Ubbink black solar panels complete with Solar Edge technology and underfloor heating.
The owner has also included an exclusive Edwin Loxley bespoke kitchen in their design as well as hardwood bi-folding doors. And the addition of a roof terrace makes the most of the spectacular views. It only took a couple of days for us to supply and fit the solar panel array and by the second day it was already up and running and generating money for the owner!
